This is the only official contact for this site. There is no support group, Telegram channel, WhatsApp number or private contact of any kind. Anyone who approaches you in this site's name through another channel has nothing to do with us.

Things we will act on

• Corrections. Name the page, the specific sentence, and what you believe is correct. Verifiable sources help. These get priority, and confirmed corrections are logged publicly in the corrections log.
• Stale information. A platform rule changed, a flow was redesigned, a chain behaves differently now — all worth telling us.
• Broken links. Internal links that fail, or external references that have moved.
• Readability problems. A paragraph that does not parse, a term used without explanation, a layout that breaks on mobile.

Things we cannot help with

Not out of rudeness — we genuinely cannot, and saying so up front saves you time:

• Account problems. Cannot log in, verification rejected, withdrawal stuck, balance looks wrong — only the exchange can act on these. We have no access to your account and no "inside channel". Go through the official help centre.
• Getting a frozen payment method released. What the process looks like is described in cash in and cash out, but we cannot intervene in any individual case and we will never point you at an intermediary who claims they can.
• Investment questions. What to buy, when to buy, whether to sell now — not answered, in any form.
• Trading on your behalf. We do not operate anyone's account and accept no funds in any arrangement.
• Advertising. This site accepts no third-party ads, sponsored posts or link placements.

About replies

This is a small site, not a support desk. We try to answer corrections, but we do not promise a response time, and other categories of mail may go unanswered.
