What this site is for

Wickvo covers a fairly narrow thing: what an ordinary person actually goes through on Binance, from opening an account to getting money safely back out — which steps stall, why they stall, and where money genuinely disappears.

This English edition exists because the same questions get asked in English by people the mainstream English guides do not really serve: readers in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, the Gulf, parts of Africa and Latin America, and anyone whose bank is not in the country their exchange account thinks it is in. Most English-language exchange guides are written from a US or EU vantage point and quietly assume a card payment will just work. For a lot of readers it does not, and the interesting part of the process starts exactly where those guides stop.

There is also a Simplified Chinese edition. Same author, same policies, same refusal to recommend coins. The pages are not word-for-word translations of each other — where the practical answer differs by region, each edition says what is true for its readers.

About the author

Articles here are signed Cen Ye. That is a pen name, not a legal name. The reason is unremarkable: this material is about people's money, and the author would rather not permanently attach a real identity to the topic.

What we will not do is use a pen name to invent credentials. You will not find "ten years in finance" or "former exchange employee" anywhere on this site, because none of that is true and writing it would be fabrication. What we can offer is narrower: read the published rules carefully, walk the process end to end, and write down what got in the way.

That also means you should read this site with the scepticism you would give any anonymous author. Anywhere a specific number appears, we tell you where to go and check the original.

The commercial relationship

There is one you should know about. Two pages in this English edition — the sign-up guide and the fee explainer — contain a referral link. The Chinese and Vietnamese editions have their own two apiece, six across the site; the full list is on the disclosure page. If you register through one, this site gets paid. That creates an obvious incentive: we benefit when you sign up.

The way we deal with it is structural: almost every page on this site carries no referral link at all, and we do not soften the risk sections to protect conversions. You will notice this site spends far more words on where you can lose money than on how to open an account. The exact revenue structure, whether it costs you anything, and what we do to limit the bias, is all on the disclosure page — one page, stated in full, rather than scattered in fine print.

What this site does not do

• No coin recommendations. You will not find a single "project worth watching" here.
• No price calls. No market views, no bullish or bearish takes.
• No investment advice. What is written here is procedure and risk description, not advice.
• No profit screenshots. No account balances, no positions, no trade history.
• No groups, no signals, no paid anything. There is no community, no channel, no private contact.

If you see someone doing any of the above in this site's name, it is not us.

How pages get written and corrected
